There are chairs on the front balcony overlooking Main street, and a picnic table in the covered patio area on the parking lot entry side.

Historic Downtown is a short, and relatively flat, 300 yard walk down a beautiful stone sidewalk. Parking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk... or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south of the driveway.

Every thing was awesome! Would stay here again if we come back.

We were very satisfied with this listing. We had friends that had booked something in Branson but weren't happy there. I gave them the complex name and within an hour I received a text saying they would see us the next day. They were also happy with their unit.

Nice condo with updated features. clean, comfortable. Nice king sized bed. Kitchenette very nice. GREAT location. Walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Porch out back and out front. Was cold and rainy on our stay, so didn't get to take advantage of porch.

Love this place!

  • 5 of 5

I have always seen Bella Paradiso when we would visit downtown Eureka and thought it would be so neat to stay there but never really found it online. When I am across the listing on VRBO, I was so excited! We loved our stay here. The condo was on the end and was very quiet besides the obvious traffic noise since main st. is right out front. The condo had been updated and was very comfy. We loved having the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great location, close to historic downtown; clean and plenty of private parking.

Good place to stay in Eureka Springs. This is a small hotel which was completely renovated (looks like several years ago) and turned into condos. Access to the historic downtown area is great - we walked to eat and dine instead of fighting for a parking space. Parking space behind the building was excellent. Definitely eat at Local Flavor, Mud Street Cafe and Nibbles. Great food and excellent service - all in easy walkng distance. The noise level at night was pretty high, since Hwy 23 (Main St.) is right outside the front bedroom door. There are nice sitting areas - one open area out front and another gazebo toward the rear. Again, the traffic noise made it somewhat hard to enjoy sitting outside - particulary out front.

We were not able to use wifi or cable tv until the last night. The manager called back the next day after the issue was first reported - it just didn't get fixed until we were almost ready to leave.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. So glad you were able to enjoy the local restaurants! It is a great location. You were here on one of the busiest weekends of the year. The traffic is not normally that excessive. For future travelers: The back deck area is quite, and the rooms are quiet as well due to the fact that they are concrete block with a brick siding. If the AC unit is on, you cannot hear any significant exterior noise. The TV works on Cox Cable which is now digital and requires using the correct remote.

Great Location!

  • 4 of 5

The unit was very clean and homey, but had a bit of a musty smell as it looked like there had been some water damage. Very convenient location for walking downtown for meals and shopping. We enjoyed our stay ... especially sitting on the deck in the evening watching the parade of people, cars and motorcycles going by! We were worried it was going to be noisy being on the main drag at night, but it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Pretty much exactly as pictured.

It was a nice room and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The 2 leather chairs were nice to sit in and have coffee in the morning. It was furnished with bare minimums that you might need on a short stay such as coffee mugs, plates, some silverware. The coffee pot served very good coffee...we brought our own coffee. The room did have a musty smell to it. But a little air freshener and we were good to go. We were unable to get internet service. Not sure why. We weren't there long enough to really mess with it much though.
