A very luxurious experience.
We had everything we needed with the exception of toys for kids five and under.
Beautiful home in a great location.
This was a beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The home was huge and updated. It was decorated in a cozy cabin feel. We had 12 people in our group. We played board games, pool, darts, and watched tv. There are lots of Tvs! Two bathrooms upstairs, including the master. Two full hall baths down stairs for the other rooms to share. One hot water heater for each side of the house. The older hot water heater (one was recently replaced) had to be relit by maintenance while we were there. Bummer. The home does NOT have air conditioning, which is common for the area. But it was always about upper 80s or 90 inside the house. We had all of the fans going and all of the windows open. The living room skylights let in a lot of light and heat. The fans helped but it was very uncomfortable. Put some stress on our trip. And I didn't feel that the rental price should have been as high, considering that there was no air. The deck had lots of furniture so we spent a lot of time out there. Went to the pool at the community center a few miles away as well. Loved it! Lots of stuff to do there too! The driveway was small considering the house size. Two or maybe three cars can fit. There is no access to the garage. The trash compactor was awesome and we only used one bag for 3 days! The house also has wifi which was nice because we had no cell service there. There are lots of extra blankets there is you need them (we obviously didn't). There was also a single hide a bed chair in the pool room that we didn't use. And there was a lot of kitchen gadgets but couldn't find measuring spoons. But they did have wine openers! There is no spa at the house (as listed in the amenities) but it does have a sauna that we enjoyed using. This was a great location for us and we were all comfortable having our own space. I would stay again but maybe only in the cooler months.
