Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom self contained apartment on the ground floor of a family owned villa with private garden overlooking the pine forest in a very quiet location but within walking distance to restaurants, bars and tennis courts. 5 -10 minutes drive to all beaches and main frontage of Javea. Restaurants nearby are Pizza & Pasta, Indian and Paella.

Air-conditioning, English TV, DVD, CD player and a fitted kitchen with washing machine and microwave. The small bedroom, ideal for children has Xbox player. Private Separate Garden has large stainless steel BBQ and seating area, surrounded by plants. Large main bedroom with access to garden and large 55" smart tv.

There is space for 1 car outside the apartment.

Erholung pur!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist mit allen Küchenutensilien, Gasgrill, Paellapfanne, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlagen, Ventilator....was braucht man mehr? Die Besitzer sind aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Haben sofort auf unser Anliegen reagiert. Zur Begrüßung stand Wein im Kühlschrank, den wir auch nach einer anstrengenden Fahrt gebraucht haben! Die Strände sind leider nicht fußläufig erreichbar, aber alle sehr schön gewesen. Einen empfehlen wir besonders und zwar den Ambolo-Strand. Bitte festes Schuhwerk anziehen!

Great stay in Javea

Great stay in Javea in the apartment of Sara and her husband. The couple was present when we needed them. The apartment is in compliance with the pics on the website and we really appreciated the culinary attentions left by Sara. Despite the big storm and inondation of one day, we had a beautiful weather. Thanks a lot and maybe see you soon. XX Super séjour à Javea dans l'appartement de Sara et de son mari. Le couple a été très présent quand nous avions besoin d'eux. L'appartement est conforme aux photos présentées sur le site internet et nous avons vraiment apprécié les attentions culinaires laissées par Sara. Malgré l'énorme orage et les inondations d'un jour, nous avons eu un beau temps. Merci beaucoup et peut être à bientôt. XX

Gorgeous apartment, tucked away but near everything

Thank you for hosting Emma and I in your apartment. It´s a great place and very comfortable. The main bedroom is beautiful and spacious and cool in the very hot weather. The whole apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a holiday. The garden is a lovely place for a BBQ or just to sit outside with a drink; very relaxing. The hosts were easily contactable and as soon as I had made the reservation, contact details and directions were sent and when we arrived, some basic supplies had already been left for us which is a lovely gesture. Definitely recommend this place for staying in Jávea or as a base to explore the surrounding coast and mountain villages. There's no pool and as we love swimming and the beaches were crowded, we wanted one, so found a lovely local pool 5 mins drive away at a tennis club called Los Pinos. Very quiet place, with a nice bar and some food and only 3 euros each for as long as you like in the pool with sunbeds etc. All in all a great holiday in a lovely apartment. Thanks again!
