About this property

15 km from Nice and 3 from Saint Paul de Vence, in the heart of the Provencal village of La Colle sur Loup, we offer a new apartment with a surface area of 55 m².
Located on the ground floor of our house built in 2009, completely independent, this resort is an ideal starting point to discover the Côte d'Azur. It includes a bedroom (140x190 bed) with a bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rail), an independent WC and a new fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle , toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, Tassimo machine) open to a large living room. You can also take advantage of a small garden and a pétanque court to appreciate the mild climate.
We also provide you with a private parking space in front of the house entrance.

Finally, the apartment is located less than 200 meters from all amenities (bus, bank, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy ...).

Final cleaning is included at a flat rate of € 20.

Vacanza a Colle sur Loupe

Soggiorno in una bella casa francese completa di tutto e con un bel giardino. Posizione ottima per partire alla scoperta di borghi medioevali. Vacanza stupenda, ritornerò sicuramente.

Entre mer et montagne

Appartement et Jardin très agréables, au calme, totale autonomie, hôtes agréables et respectueux, Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, même si l'accès au randonnées pédestres en moyen pays est un peu loin en voiture.

Parfaite pour un couple

Éloigné du tumulte du bord de mer, ce petit rez de jardin reste proche des nombreux sites touristiques de cette région. Rien ne manque à l’intérieur. Tout y est joli, confortable, pratique. La terrasse est un atout supplémentaire. En conclusion, nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette location que nous recommandons vivement.
