The village houses a friendly pub, surf hire, local shop and take away fish and chips, all within walking distance.

The property has picturesque sea views and the accommodation is bright, spacious and modern to an outstanding finish.

LIVING AREAS:

Salty Towers is a contemporary three bedroom house with one family bathroom and en-suite shower room. It has a large sitting room that boasts sea views. Enjoy the sunsets in the lounge on the large corner sofa, with the patio doors opening onto the balcony. The lounge has a large 50 inch smart television.

The kitchen is open plan, with an island breakfast bar and large dining table and chairs. It is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, small fan oven and grill, double fan oven, microwave, tall fridge freezer and Sonos speaker. Under floor heating runs throughout the communal living areas.

SLEEPING:

There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite. It is also complete with bedside tables, wardrobes, a chest of draws and a television. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and sink.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, along with bedside draws and a wardrobe.

The third bedroom is complete with two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, a chest of draws and a cot if needed.

The family bathroom has a large walk in shower, bath, toilet and sink. The vaulted ceiling in the bathroom also has a large veluxe window………………… enjoy a relaxing bath whilst looking at the stars! The under floor heating runs through this room as well.

OUTSIDE:

Open the kitchen patio doors onto a large patio area, complete with tables and chairs to relax in the sun on. The garden is very sheltered and is a perfect sunbathing spot. There is also a heated out door shower and tap with space to hang out wetsuits/beach clothing. There are also two large grass areas at the front and back of the property. No BBQ. The back patio/garden enclosed, with gate access around the side of the property.

LOCAL AREA:

Widemouth Bay Beach has RNLI lifeguards and has also been awarded the blue flag award for water quality.

Either a cliff top walk or a short drive takes you to the town of Bude, where you can enjoy a range of shops, restaurants which offer real Cornish charm.

Both Widemouth Bay and Bude provide surf schools for all levels and many other activities as well as several coarse fishing locations including nearby Bude canal which is a great stroll.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. There is a cot available however please be aeare there lots of stairs in the property and there are no stair gates. We advise that it is not suitable fro mobile infants/toddlers due to this.

There is a utility cupboard in the hallway that includes hoovers, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
