About this property

We completed construction in January 2015 on this beautiful home and enjoy sharing it with our guests. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 Kings (one with a futon sleeper), and 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. A gourmet kitchen with a huge island and large dining room table(s) seating 12 makes this home great for larger groups. The great room boasts a real wood-burning fireplace and extensive beam and corbel work. The hot tub and patio are on the back of the property, offering privacy views of trees and easy access to the walking and biking trail. Recently, we added an EV charger in the garage. You are going to love this place!

Annual family get together

Lovely, spacious, well appointed and well maintained home with easy access to bike trails, pickelball courts and pool. It was just as described online. The only thing that needed attention was a wobbly ping pong table. No doubt, it gets used a lot.

Perfect Basecamp to Explore Sunriver/Bend

This is a wonderful, well-equipped property. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with all the items you might need, including a large pantry with second indoor fridge. The living room was relaxing, and all bedrooms/en suites were fairly commensurate. The children loved the bunkbeds and the bikes were in great shape. Finally, the hot tub was one of the best we have experienced - hot with strong jets. It was a nice place to come home after a long day exploring and unwind together. Thank you Angi! We will be back.
