An internal wooden staircase leads to a narrow mezzanine which can however accommodate 1 additional bed. Panoramic balcony with a wide view of the Maiella and Morrone mountains, mosquito nets on the windows and summer-winter air conditioning.
A small garden with trees, fenced and equipped is available to users of the studio. Parking in front of the house.

The small village (partly uninhabited) is about 1 km from the village of Tocco da Casauria, is surrounded by expanses of olive groves and underlying woods.
