About this property

At the gates of Biarritz and 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Anglet and Biarritz, nice house of 115 m2, with its Indonesian décor, it invites relaxation.

On the ground floor, large room of 60m2 opening on the semi-covered terrace facing south, 65m2.
fully equipped kitchen, shower + toilet.

At the newly renovated floor is the master bedroom of 30m2 with bathroom (bath), a double room of 10 m² with his point of water, a double room of 10m2.

The last two beds are in Balinese bed in the large room on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom, shower, toilet.

Nestled in a dead end, the environment is very quiet. Children play in the private yard (about 100 m2) of the house safely, private parking in front of the house.

Idéalement située entre Biarritz et Anglet

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Cédric. Une sensation de vacance s’installe dès que nous arrivons sur la grande terrasse végétalisée de différentes plantes tropicales, érables japonais, hibiscus en fleur. Tout est fait pour s’y relaxer . Nous y avons passé de nombreux déjeuner et dîners ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, avec ses petites touches balinaises qui nous ont rappeler nos voyages en Indonésie. Superbe suite à l’étage ! Très bonne literie ! Au fond de l’impasse, le calme, l’absence de bruit, la gentillesse des voisins, ont grandement contribué à notre séjour. Boulangerie, traiteur, pharmacie, restaurant , tram bus ( la grande plage et le centre ville de Biarritz en 5 mns), tout ça à 100 m de la maison ! Je recommande vivement Audrey

Maison agréable et ambiance dépaysante

Maison de ville calme et confortable. Ambiance balinaise sympathique. Un peu à distance des plages et des commerces mais très bien desservie par les transports en commun.

Super séjour !!

Je recommande vivement ce très beau logement !! Une maison de type balinaise très relaxante et accueillante, tout comme son hôte Cédric avec lequel il a été très simple de communiquer. Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois entre amis sur Biarritz, c’est certainement le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu. Merci encore Cédric !
