This condo is in a great location, first floor and overlooking the pool. Sit on our ground floor lanai, and your view is even with the middle of the pool. Honestly, the best vacation condo in the complex. The soothing sounds of the splashing pool water jets is a stone's throw away, giving you an amazing view of the pool from the kitchen and dining area for all to enjoy.
We have a Couch, Love Seat, and Chairs in the living room. 43" screen TV's in the living room. Smaller TV is in the master and guest bedrooms. Both Cable TV and unlimited Internet are provided.
The Master Bedroom Suite also includes a King Size Bed, Nightstand, Lamp, Bed Bench, Chair, Large Dresser with Mirror, and Flat screen TV. It connects to the master bath with a large his and hers vanity, a walk-in shower, and private toilet area . It has a large closet with mirrored doors.

Dolphin Villas is a quiet condo complex centrally located and easy to find, one and a half blocks off Rt. 59/Gulf Shores Parkway. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. There is a large covered outdoor bar b que area on-site at Dolphin Villas that you are welcome to use. There is an on-site Property Manager who is always available to assist you.

Dolphin Villa's, is located at 1701 E 1st St. Unit 311 at Dolphin Villas. It is only 1.4 miles (and 5 minutes) from the Main Beach. Tacky Jacks and Acme Oyster are right around the corner. The infamous LuLu's is just across the canal. McDonalds, Zaxby's and Tuesday Morning are located around the corner from the condo's entrance. Wal-Mart is only 3 short blocks away. Wonderful local gulf seafood abounds, with my favorite spots being King Neptune's, DeSoto's, and Acme Oyster. The Flying Harpoon has been featured on the tv show Food Paradise for their crawfish cornbread. Hazel's Nook, since 1957, and is a small mom and pop restaurant with breakfast and lunch, both buffet and menu. Cafe Beignet beignets are great. Jesse's Restaurant in Magnolia Springs is a hidden gem. Buc-ee's Store just up the road on Baldwin Beach Expressway 52,000 square feet of everything from roasting cashews and pecans, t-shirts, gifts, homemade fudge, and so much more. Moe's Original Bar B Que in Orange Beach. Paula Dean's and Lambert's in Foley are a must. Cobalt's in Orange Beach has recently been voted the best seafood restaurant in Alabama. There are a lot of restaurants (many with outside seating), shopping, golfing, live music, fishing, boating, and water sports nearby.
The Alabama Gulf Coast of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have 32 miles of pristine white sand beaches. and 10 public access points. The main Gulf Shores public access beach is at the end of Highway 59 with parking, restrooms, showers, and lifeguards during the summer. We can't forget the Hangout Bar and Restaurant is there too.
The children will enjoy Waterville USA, for it's water slides, lazy river, cannonball coaster, miniature golf, and go-carts. Alligators and wildlife can be found at Alligator Alley and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. OWA in Foley has an indoor waterpark/themepark with a retractable roof and walls. Many of our summer guests play sports at The Sportsplex, it is 4.1 miles away.
Gulf Shores is home to Alabama's Gulf State Park, with a Championship Golf Course, Nature Center, paved Bicycle and Hiking Trails, and Fishing Pier. The Park has ride share bicycles at multiple kiosks throughout the park. Download the Bloom Bike Share app for 3 hours of free rental. To really see the parks miles of paved trails, rent an electric bicycle from Pedego Orange Beach. You can pedal a little or lot, and let the battery do the rest. It's a lot of fun. We rode 23 miles, and can't wait to do it again! Make sure you have a park map of the trails before you start.
Less than one mile away is the David L Bodenhamer Recreation Center. It's a Gulf Shores recreation center offering non-resident daily passes and monthly subscriptions. If the weather takes you indoors, there is a heated indoor pool, fitness room, and indoor walking track.
For the nature lovers, a must see is the Weeks Bay Pitcher Plant Bog off County Rd 17, Foley. The carnivorous plants come alive in the springs with upside down umbrella flowers and showy colors all summer and fall. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Graham Creek Nature Preserve are great for bicycling and bird watching. Kayaks, jet skis, and boats can all be rented to spot bottlenose dolphin.
Perdido Key is just a few miles east toward Orange Beach, with parking and miles of sand dunes, natural sea oats, and boardwalk paths throughout. We can't forget the famous Flora-Bama for food, music, and festivals. Gulf Shores has numerous shrimp, art and music festivals throughout the year.
Fort Morgan is great place to relive history. The Fort Morgan ferry connects to Dauphin Island.
