About this property

Unique and beautifully furnished apartment in the heritage-listed 'Villa Busdorf', built around 1750 on the ancient citadel wall of the city of Paderborn.

Surrounded by large trees and historic buildings, the Villa Busdorf is centrally located with the city of Paderborn in a low traffic neighbourhood. Only a 5 minute walk to the city centre, close to amenities, supermarkets and public transport.

Located on the top level of the house, the apartment is brightly lit throughout the year and looks onto greenery. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room, bathroom with standing shower, fully equipped kitchen and a large fenced garden.

Hand sanitiser is provided and strict cleaning protocols are in place. Suitable for short or long term stays. Family friendly - a baby cot and toys are provided upon request.

Please note there is no on-site parking available as we are located in a historic part of town. There are a few paid and one free parking option within 8 minutes walk away.

Wunderschön

Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung in bester Lage war, sondern auch schön ruhig. Wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden (Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel). Selbst Kaffee und Tee. Und sogar Kekse! Die Kommunikation lief auch super ab! Immer wieder gerne dort!

Delightful accomodation

The property is very centrally located so that once the car had been parked we could walk in town. We did travel to many other destinations, but spent a whole day at the Computer museum, surprising ourselves by how much there was to fascinate us.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub, auch Dank der gemütlichen, hellen Dachwohnung in einem schönern, alten Haus inmitten von historischen Gebäuden. Sogar den Garten mitten in der Stadt konnten wegen des tollen Herbstwetters nutzen. Für Stadtbesuche und Fahrradtouren ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Endowed with Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance Architecture, cobblestone streets and meandering canals, Paderborn delights visitors with it’s quaint authenticity and urbane style. Beneath the city are freshwater reservoirs that flow to the surface through a network of streams, lakes and springs all around the city.
