Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms - 2 have Queen beds, and the extra large bedroom has 1 King and 2 twin bunkbeds to accommodate a whole family.
Each room has a TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space and neutral carpeting throughout. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
House has a lot of amenities for the kiddos including outdoor playhouse, plenty of books, cuddly toys, coloring kits, jigsaws and board games etc.

10 miles north in Carlsbad is Legoland, 20 miles east in Escondido is Wild Animal Park, 20 miles south is Seaworld and 25 miles south is San Diego Zoo and airport.
About me: Originally from Cardiff, Wales I have lived in sunny San Diego/Encinitas for 25 years. The property was once my family home and have poured sweat and tears into the place since 2006.
