Coastal cottage located approximately 2 blocks from the beach and 1/2 block from the store and cafe. Living room & kitchen is located on the top floor with both bedrooms and bath located on the lower level. Decking off from the kitchen with propane BBQ.
Off street parking for 2 mid size vehicles . Come enjoy the cottage by the Sea.

Walk to the beach

The location is amazing--my kids were able to walk to the beach by themselves (after some careful instructions on where to cross the street). The General Store is a 2 minute walk away for whatever you may have forgotten to bring (warning: prices are steep). The partial view of the ocean from the living room is lovely. The kitchen is has all the basics implements you need to cook with. Beds were comfy but the rest of the furniture was not (especially the couch). The driveway is at a very sharp angle and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Overall very good value, given that we spent most of our time at the beach!

Nice Location Old House

Nice Location in Dillon Beach. Two bedrooms and 1 bath small but fine. TV didn’t work well. Some pots didn’t work on the induction stove. Black mold on kitchen window sill. Baseboards need cleaning. Handrail sticky. We managed just fine

Canceled on us 30 minutes before check-in.

We made this reservation 6 months in advance for a 2 night stay. We drove 3 hours to stay at Dillon beach. Check-in is at 4pm. We arrived at 1pm to camp there and had this vrbo for our parents who cannot camp. We also had it as a backup for our baby in case he couldn’t handle camping. 30 minutes before check-in they canceled on us saying there was a power outage. No compensation for the 30 min before check in late notice. We asked around the area and there was no power outage. Ridiculous!! We love Dillion beach and visit often. We will never vrbo with this company to safe us the headache of last minute cancellation. Get one of the cottages instead!!

Excellent communication!

The location was perfect! We didnt have to drive to the beach or store. The only that didn't work out on this trip was The Dillon Beach Cafe closed at 5pm when the told us 6pm the night before. Obviously not a problem caused by the vacation rental, but don't count on the cafe for dinner.
