Cet appartement est joli , bien équipé donnant sur une esplanade trés calme , plein sud.

Il n'y a aucun bruit de voiture.

Pour des raisons professionnelles j'y ai logé à plusieurs reprises et je peux dire qu'il est confortable été comme hiver.

Le quartier est particuliérement sympathique.

On trouve dans le bas de la rue d'endoume, boulanger, primeur et autre commerce , un super marché est accessible à pied à environ 400 m.

On peut passer de trés bon moments dans les restaurants et cafés environnants.

Great central location for exploring Marseilles

Perfect location for Marseilles Port area. All the sights were within walking distances. We felt safe where we were. Easy access for general shopping. So nice to have groceries, butchers shop, and coffee nearby.

good stay

The property is conveniently close to Vieux Port. The building doesn't have an elevator but the owner is generously helped with luggage handling. The apartment doesn't have air conditioner, but it was OK to stay during the hot July days, it was enough fresh air flow with provided fans. It has a spacious leaving room. I wouldn't rely on street parking though, it's hard to get an empty spot. Another thing to mention, the separate toilet room is tiny, I wouldn't recommend it for a big people.

Great jumping-off point for little tours of Marseille

This nice little suite two flights up from Rue des Lices was great for a romantic getaway. We stayed only two nights in Marseille but the location of this little corner of paradise would have lasted far longer without going stale. It's just a few minutes' walk down the hill past Le Four des Navettes (don't forget to stop !) to the bay, the bus, the bistros ...

It would have been nice to have a fan in the apartment to keep the air moving ; it was nice to have the windows open at night, but the nights we were there we heard rather energetic music from down the street at late hours. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

This was a great jumping-off point for our short excursion to Marseille and I'm sure it would again serve us well the next time we stay, hopefully for a longer duration ! The manager is very accommodating and easy to work with, and gave us many good pointers on places to see and things to do.

Great apartment!!

This was a wonderful apartment for exploring the beautiful city of Marseille. As soon as we arrived, the owner graciously met my brother and I and took us to the flat. She sat down with us for half an hour and answered all of our questions about public trans. and tourist spots; she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

The apartment itself was perfect for what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable; it was well furnished and modern; the kitchen was very supplied and easy to cook in; and the dishwasher and washing machine helped out a lot!

It is about a 3 minute walk to the bus stops and a well stocked market and outstanding bakery was only a two minute walk away.

Overall a great apartment!

Great, charming apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille in this apartment. The owner, Paule, was very helpful and pleasant. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything necessary to relax and do some cooking when we weren't out. The location was only a short walk from the Old Port, the beach and Notre Dame de la Garde, as well as many buses and the Metro. There were also many cafes and restaurants, groceries, bakeries and green grocers. We would certainly stay there again if in Marseille and recommend the apartment to relatives and friends.

Traditional French Apartment in a Great Location

The owner, Paula, was very helpful and friendly from the first day we arrived till the last morning. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all that was required for a modern tourist. There were lots of shops in the local area and we enjoyed sampling french food. A short walk and we could enjoy all the Old Port had to offer. Will be recommending this apartment to anyone who might be travelling here.
