2936 Atrium Villa

This 2nd floor, pet friendly Atrium villa has it all. Remodeled and professionally decorated, this retreat is modern and sleek. It has fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean from every window. Across the street is the ocean, Beach Club pools, and Pelican's Nest oceanfront dining. Next door is the Island House where you can dine in the Palmetto Room or Bohickets Lounge or arrange to golf Seabrook Island Clubs two championship golf courses. Location and 5 star lodging - This villa is the perfect vacation home.

Upon entering, you will immediately notice the simple, modern decor. Soft gray walls and a tile floor create a clean space. The wall of windows and cathedral ceilings fill the room with brightness. Furnishings in shades of blue compliment the wall coloring. The wall mounted HDTV/DVD is viewable from anywhere in the living area. The kitchen features gray custom cabinetry, white granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the conveniences of home. There is counter seating for 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The room has bright white bed linens, a wall mounted HDTV, access to the deck, and amazing views of the ocean. The en suite bathroom has tile flooring, a gray wainscot cabinet with granite, and a spectacular shower with river rock flooring and accent stripes and a corner seat. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds. Bright aqua headboards stand out against the soft walls. Views of the ocean, an HDTV, and private bath make this retreat relaxing and comfortable. This villa sleeps 8 guests (1-king, 2-full and sleeper sofa).

This villa is perfectly located. Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. The deck is private and has fabulous views of the ocean. The Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar, Island House, arcade, and Seabrook Shoppe are all a very short walk away.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Couldn't be more convenient to beachside pool, beach lounger area, and beachfront bar/restaurant
Would stay here again! It is less than a minute walk across the street to the pool area and to one of the beach access points. We enjoyed the beach bar/restaurant area. The deck is very spacious with comfortable seating - a highlight being able to enjoy the ocean views. The condo was clean - no issues at all! We debated about renting a golf cart (LSV) since the condo is so close to the beach access and pool, and I'm so glad we did! It was so much more enjoyable to hop in the LSV to drive around the island (we were wanting to view alligators), and to the beach access, to Fresh Fields (grocery, shopping, restaurants), and to Bohicket Marina. The only con is that we couldn't always access the beach at higher tide because the water was so high. Not a big deal, we just hopped in our golf cart down to #3 beach access point just a few minutes down. We also came around a super moon, so the tides were higher. Seabrook is a gem of an island (we love the dog friendliness) and respect for nature. Make sure you do the dolphin feeding watching at Cap Sam's Inlet around low tide. We also enjoyed a trail ride at the equestrian center and good food around sunset at Bohicket Marina.
