This property is a semi luxurious one bedroom, pool facing first floor apartment. We have done it up keeping in mind the comforts one needs when he is out on a holiday. You can expect every possible thing that is essential from a Satellite TV to an Ironing Board.

The guest will have full access to the apartment. The satellite TV will be recharged on request and no extra charges will be taken for that. The guest will also have access to the swimming pool and Gym in the condo, however, they are required to abide by the local rules and keep the place clean and not disturb other guests in any form.

Once the booking is made we stay in constant touch with the Guest by mail and mobile till they arrive. Our property manager will receive them and make them comfortable. Once the guest settle down then we generally stay in touch through mobile calling them once every three or four days. However, Guest are at liberty to call us any time in case of any issue or assistance required.
