Near mission bay (5 mins) and pacific beach (less than 5 miles to the sand), easy commute to downtown (15 mins) Nice, quiet, centrally located residential neighborhood with plenty of free street Parking and easy freeway access, nice neighbors, a park with playground, baseball fields & canyon trails 2.5 blocks walk. Walking distance to banks, shops, grocery stores Target, Marshall's Starbucks lots of Restaurants etc. (Less than a mile for some) 5 malls and movie theaters are located within a short 5-15 minute drive. (Clairemont Town Square, UTC Westfield Shopping Center, La Jolla 12 Theaters and shops, Fashion Valley mall & 18 plex theater, Mission Valley Mall & 20 plex) About 18 mins away are Balboa Park which has many museums and an IMAX Theater, and Mira Mesa Edwards Cinema which also has IMAX. Walking distance to multiple bus stops. The bus ride to UCSD is a straight shot on the 41 that is just a few minute walk from our house.
