The property opens onto a 20m² deck which is ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. Even on those days when the onshore breeze is brisk, this garden remains a sheltered warm haven fully enclosed so great for children and four legged friends!

There is a lockable single garage to store bikes and water sports equipment as well as a 6m² hard standing that would take a caravan or sailing dinghy. An external electricity point can be supplied if needed.

Local shops, cafes and the wonderful Beach Bistro restaurant are within walking distance. Beyond the seven mile stretch of sandy beach, windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing are available at the local water sports centre and the historic town of Rye is a short drive away for shops, pubs, restaurants, fresh seafood and a cream teas. Renowned walking and cycling routes around Rye and the Romney Marsh are highly recommended.
