Villa Baia Azzurra is made up of 4 independent and equipped apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are the advantages of the villa. Each apartment, which can host 4 people, is independent. The villa has a central location - close to the sea (ONLY 3 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH) but also to bars, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stop. - TRAMONTO (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, living room with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- AURORA (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- BREZZA MARINA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- ALBA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower).

• On arrival it is required a security deposit which will be given you back during your check-out, after the check of the apartments and any potential damage.
• The keys will be given to the guests after the full payment balance.
• Order, respect and care of our accommodation is what we ask for and we are sure to receive from our guests. It is required a respectful use of both internal and common spaces. The guests are responsible for order, tidy and cleanliness of the accomodation. As a holiday home, the guests have to clean and tidy the apartment/s during the stay and take away the garbage from the apartment.
• No smoking at home.
• It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
• Check-in and check-out with the host.
• Initial and final cleaning service included in the rental price.
• Bed and bath linen provided.
• No changing linen during your stay. It can be requested by guests as extra service.
• No daily housekeeping service. If you want an extra cleaning, it can be requested as extra service.
• Villa Baia Azzurra is a holiday home, so BREAKFAST OR OTHER MEALS ARE NOT SERVED.
• Energy balance calculated at the end of the stay (one energy-counter for each apartment).
