In pedestrian area in the historic district, in a building of the eighteenth century, secured with digital code on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is ideally located. It has been renovated, overlooks private gardens (not accessible), so quiet, at the foot of the castle. You will find all the necessary comfort to relax, and the charm of yesteryear. It has a covered private parking at 400 meters on foot, at the top of the perimeter coast (free provision during your stay). The area is very lively in the summer, rich in shops and restaurants and more authentic the other seasons.

Perfectly located charming apartment for two

We spent four enjoyable days in Annecy at this lovely apartment. It was beautifully presented, very clean, with excellent Internet. Parking was a great bonus, a short walk from the apartment. We enjoyed complimentary orange juice, wine, coffee and chocolates, a very thoughtful provision. Dealing with the owner, who was very hospitable, was a pleasure. The apartment is located right in the historical centre of Annecy but is at the same time very quiet, with a lovely garden outlook. Very much recommended.

C'est parfait !

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits lors d'un ajout rapide à un voyage d'affaires à Genève. L'appartement est si confortable et propre, et situé au centre près de tout ce que vous pourriez vouloir à Annecy. Mickaelle est une hôtesse si gracieuse et accueillante. Je le recommande vivement !

I am married, I have two big children and I like the family life, the art, the gastronomy, the yoga, to travel... It is with pleasure that I shall welcome you at my home if you are careful and respectfull people of places. To begin your stay, I provide you with teas, coffees, herb teas, biscuits, fruit juice and sheets and bathrroom linen.

The apartment is occasionally occupied by the family . The location is idéal to discover Annecy and and its surroundings and you have a private spot to park your car for free.
I do not ask for deposit, but please take care of the apartment as it was yours, and I shall appréciate your honesty during your stay to keep me inform in case of incident.
