(side note… I do not own or have control of any other property surrounding this one) Thanks for being a good neighbor to the full-time residents that may live nearby! 5.Subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated 6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference 7.Guests agree to take property "as-is" and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and are in good condition. 8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted. 10.Baths, and floors cleared of any debris, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linens undamaged and not stained, before departure 11.Unit must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed. 12.No smoking/vaping inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted. 13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals. 14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via VRBO.com. 15.Tenant understands that their "damage protection policy" does not cover everything, and is agreeing to pay any additional fee(s) if house rules and/or rental agreement is broken (example, but not limited to: pay per view movies, additional cleaning charges, late departure fees) 16.You have purchased the "basic coverage" of insurance for your stay, if you wish to upgrade the insurance, you are entitled to. 17. Cancellation Policy: Rental payments: deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, and is non-refundable at that time. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable at that time. 18. Additional rental agreement is being sent to you with more info about the house. 19.You have read and understand lease terms and by providing your cell number in the reply email. A breach of any of the above terms may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund. If you an international traveler, there is a $50 international fee for credit card payments. If the keys have to be sent to an international address (non US address) there is a $50 mailing fee. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding your upcoming stay. text, call or email. More info will be "un-locked" and emailed to you before your stay. (door codes, house info, etc). Usually about 5 days before you arrive. Once you arrive to the unit, TEXT me to let me know you are there and everything is okay. Thank you! danny
