Perfect! (For us)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great! We were able to walk to many places & it was a short drive to the museums & downtown. Check in & out was seamless. We had 7 adults & 2 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean & comfortable. We had a great trip to Nashville! We will be back!

X-Mas in Nashville

Our stay consisted of a family of 8 adults for the weekend before Christmas. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A couple of things worth mentioning, there are a lot of stairs- also, the driveway is a little tricky to find the 1st time you drive up (especially in the dark), after that, no problem. There is about a 3” “lip” between the driveway and garage floor. A hard trip & fall didn’t end up in an ER visit, thankfully. Host was easy to communicate with, we would stay here again.
