The holiday home is located in Haren Emsland in a nice quiet location with numerous recreational opportunities nearby.
The property is fully furnished including a t. v., DVD player, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Thanks to the bathroom and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with access to the bathroom and living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is spacious and light with garden doors all around and also has an open kitchen with dining area. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and French doors to the terrace.
On the first floor is a landing with 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outside is a large lawn, beautiful garden and spacious terrace with garden furniture and a roof. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and space.
This property is not rented to groups consisting exclusively of young people.

Großes modernes Haus. Gepflegter Garten, in der Nähe ein Spielplatz. Alles vorhanden um eine schöne Zeit zu haben und 👍

Urlaub mit Kindern

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief freundlich und effizient, wodurch wir schnell alle erforderlichen Informationen erhielten. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Vorgarten präsentierten sich äußerst gepflegt.Der Begriff "Luxus" ist subjektiv, jedoch entsprach das Haus in meinen Augen einem traditionellen Standard ohne luxuriöse Ausstattung, was jedoch vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse war. Geschirr und Co war alles ausreichend vorhanden, auch Spülllappen und Geschirrtabs werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzig an Sauberkeit mangelte es etwas. In den Betten und auf dem Sofa fanden sich Haare und Krümel, während im unteren Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbildung auftrat. Zudem waren im Bad die Ablagen nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Ein tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren mit drei Generationen zu Gast und es hat allen gut gefallen..Es gab in der Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten, etwas mit den Kindern zu unternehmen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts.
