2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium on the beach with large balcony (off the living room and master bedroom) directly facing the Gulf and its beautiful sunsets. Condo is 1200 sq feet, fully furnished down to the beach chairs, just bring your personal items. Includes Washer / Dryer in the unit. View of Gulf is completely unobstructed, intercoastal waterway is on backside of the complex creating excellent cross breeze.

Amenities on the property include pool, club room, car wash spot, BBQ grills and one covered parking per unit plus plenty of guest parking.

Great potential with beautiful view

We made the best of our stay in a nice property very close to the beach. We had bad timing with inspection, drilling, plastering etc of the building during our whole stay. It was appreciated that we received a partial refund otherwise we could have escalated the issues with this major disruption. The condo kitchen had substantial essentials and the bedrooms were great. Most of the common room seating is either frail or old and the condo in general could use updating or modernizing. We nonetheless looked beyond that and enjoyed the beach, pool and surrounding area.

Wonderful Location

The condo is in a wonderful location. The county has wonderful parks systems and we spent time all over. There was unexpected construction and the owner was sweet enough to give us a little something back on the price. (It was a good lesson for us to learn that structural testing is required every few years in Florida and to ask about that in future bookings.) The condo is competitively priced to adjust for it not being modernized in comparison to others in the area. But when you sit on the deck, you forget all about that!
