Palaio faliro is about 7/8 kilometers way from Athens/Piraeus/Glyfada. The appartment is located at flisvos area, 3 minutes walking distance to central market, banks, super market, mini markets, bakeries/greengrossers, butcher, hairdresses, koffee shops and restaurants.4 minutes walk to the sea, bus and tram stops (to Athens, Piraeus, Glyfada, airport), 10 minutes walk to the park / marina just for walking/jocking/bars/restaurants and summer cinema. There is a narrow balconi that goes along the side of the flat with a closet for storing varius items. The doors and windows are with triple glasses for heating and noice isolation and have mosquito nets.

All bills, like electricity/wi fi/comon charges/water are included in the rent. Payment as per rules and cash on arival.

Month is concidered to be 30 days (not callender). A deposit of one months rent is required payable in cash on arival. The deposit is not refundable if the guest leaves earlier than the agreed days. i.e. if there is an agreement for 8 months and the rent aplied is with a discount, if the guest leaves on the 2 nd month then the deposit is not refundable.Minimum cleaning every 15 days at euro 30 each. changing of bedsheets/towels etc once a week free of charge

If the guest requires more cleaning it can be arranged at the relevant fee. All payments are requested cash, no credit cards. The rent is basis 1/2 persons. For any additional guest (short/long stay/relative/friend) additional euro 12 per person per day max 2 guests/4 people in the appartment..
