The second bedroom boasts a custom-built bunkbed with a queen-sized lower bed, a twin on top, and a secret hidden twin trundle, perfect for adults and kids alike. This bedroom also has its own bathroom.

This welcoming flat has two shared spaces: a pergola on the top floor with open views of the ocean, mountains, and town, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor lounging area. The Avenida la Antigua Flats building is surrounded on both sides by two car-free plazas, Plaza Lucía and Plaza Escondida. Great location in Las Catalinas

If you have any doubt about Las Catalinas, don't! It's the perfect spot for "Pura Vida". The rental was very slightly worn, as are all beach rentals tend to be but otherwise the perfect rental for a family of four. So much space to spread out and relax, which was necessary after a standard hotel room for the first half of our Costa Rican vacation. We especially loved its almost next door proximity to the Copper & Stone market.

Loved Las Catalinas

Las Catalinas is a beautiful little town with lots of great amenities! Loved that there were so many great restaurants, an ice cream shop, grocery shop, microbrewery, coffee shop, pool and beach all within minutes of our flat. Check in process was easy and seamless and the location of our unit was fantastic. We had a spectacular time there. Unit was a bit basic for the price we paid, but Costa Rica is just generally quite expensive so we still felt we got good value compared to other options in the area. The dishwasher was broken for the duration of our stay so that was a slight inconvenience. Other than that we had no issues.
