Penthouse fully equipped and conditioned to spend a nice and quiet holiday, nestled in the Natural Park of the Sierra Calderona, 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Valencia.

Its magnificent location allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the mountains to spend a day of picnic, make different hiking and cycling routes, either mountain or road, being a place visited daily by numerous cyclists who come from different points to there to enjoy its routes with views that leave no one indifferent.
In addition the beach is just 15 minutes by car and Valencia city 20 minutes by car as well.
The town where it is located has all the necessary services, including supermarket.

Distributed over two floors, it has 3 bedrooms, one double and two doubles, all with magnificent views and sheets, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) with towels; also has a terrace of 22 square meters on the top floor with spectacular views, equipped with terrace furniture, barbecue and wooden pergola to protect from the sun if necessary. Very spacious dining room and covered terrace on the lower floor of 6 square meters equipped with furniture.
On the upper floor there is a double room and a double room, as well as a bathroom with shower; and on the lower floor there is the dining room, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

It has a common area where you can enjoy the two swimming pools (one for children and one for adults), as well as the playground, ping-pong and its beautiful porch.

It has everything you need for the kitchen including the washing machine and dishwasher, as well as air conditioning in the dining room and one of the rooms, although it is usually not necessary to use it for the pleasant air that runs through the house.

Belles vacances à côté de Valencia !

J'ai passé des super vacances en famille dans la région de Valencia! L'appartement est très propre et très bien equipé situé dans une résidence calme. La climatisation est la bienvenue lors des fortes chaleurs! La piscine est bien entretenue. Les plages environnantes sont toutes sympa. La propriétaire est sympathique et aux petits soins! Je recommande très largement cette location
