Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. Access lane 2.4m wide. The parking space dimensions are 2.5 wide and 5.6m long
Access Statement –SeaCrest 1 is accessed via a small flight of stairs from the parking space consisting of six steps. There is then a further two steps into the property.
