This delightful slate cottage is situated in Ambleside and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.

Loughrigg View is a superb semi-detached cottage situated in the Lake District town of Ambleside. This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one second floor king-size double with en-suite, a twin and a single, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's a small patio with furniture and parking is available in local car parks. Loughrigg View is an excellent Lake District base.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Starter park for woodburner included , local garage sell wood. Load/unload outside property only, car parks close by. Small outside area with bistro furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings and is accessed via a slightly narrow and steeper staircase with right hand turn, therefore this property may not be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Please note: There is a £500 Good Housekeeping Bond
