This spacious and airy penthouse apartment has a large balcony with stunning sea views which receives the sun all day. Immediately adjacent to the apartment block is the new contemporary Budha Beach hotel with its restaurant and bar, horizon swimming pool and sun loungers. This is available for the use of guests. There is a charge by Budha Beach for the use of pool and loungers
The apartment is close to the beach and a ten minute walk to the town of Santa Maria, which has almost everything for your shopping, entertainment and holiday stay. The world famous Angulos bar, restaurant, windsurfing and kite centre is a five minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has two bathrooms, one is en-suite to the main bedroom. There are sun loungers for use on the balcony. There is also a washing machine for guests to use. The apartment comfortably sleeps four guests in two spacious bedrooms with king size beds. There is also a "put me up bed" which can comfortably sleep one extra guest. Taxi transfers can be arranged from and to the airport for guests

Really enjoyed fantastic view spacious

The property is spacious and clean with fantastic sea views You can have the use of Budha Beach facilities, opposite, which are clean, friendly and very relaxing. Santa Maria is only ten minutes walk. We also felt that we were situated on the better side of Santa Maria, not commercial. The balcony had the sun all day. Only one tiny very minor thing, we wished there was a microwave. Otherwise all brilliant and comfortable
