About this property

Amazing, spacious villa for 10 people with private pool, garden, BBQ, private parking. Perfect for relaxing vacation with family and friends.

Spacious villa on the edge of the village surrounded by nature. Perfect for a quiet holiday but on the other hand very close to Pula (15 min drive) or Rovinj (25 min drive). The house was built in 2016. The whole property is fenced, making it ideal for pets and children.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has tru beds, while the second has one large double bed and a private bathroom. On the first floor there is still a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room.

On the second floor there are also two bedrooms. Both have a large double bed and private bathrooms.

The house has a spacious garden with a barbecue and a covered terrace with 8 seats.

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Insgesamt haben wir uns im Haus wirklich wohlgefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt, läd zum relaxen ein und ist auch für große Hunde geeignet. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig und dank der vorhandenen Verdunkelung in allen Räumen sehr gut zum ausschlafen geeignet. Allerdings weißt das Haus einige Ecken auf in denen kleinere Renovierungen notwendig sind bzw. Möbel und Einrichtung ersetzt werden sollten. (Nachttische teils sehr abgegriffen, Türgriffe lose, Geschirr weißt viele Macken auf, Außenmöbel haben ihr beste Zeit hinter sich) Laut dem Vermieter ist ein "Makeover" für diesen Winter geplant. Die letzten 100m zum Haus sind, wie bereits öffter geschrieben, wirklich schlecht und sollten keinem tieferern Auto und/oder Niederquerschnittsreifen angetan werden.

Schönes Haus für Erwachsene, Kinder oder auch Teenager

Wir genossen die Villa, die Ruhe und den Pool. Für spannendes Badevergnügen und gutes Essen fuhren wir allerdings täglich eine halbe Stunde nach Pula und Umgebung. Die Zufahrt zur Villa war allerdings schwer zu finden und sehr holprig! Insgesamt aber wirklich zu empfehlen.

Sommerurlaub 2 Familien mit 2 Hunden

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Garten und schönem Pool. Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen und ausreichend hoch eingezäunt. Der Betreuer Hrvoje war jederzeit erreichbar und half mit Rat und tat. Wir haben eine wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir (zwei Familien) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, die (was ja leider nicht immer der Fall ist) genauso war wie beschrieben.

Entspannung pur in schönem, geräumigem Haus mit Pool

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und drei Hunde, genossen das großzügige und gut ausgestattete Haus mit schönem Pool und großem Garten sehr. Das Haus ist abseits und ruhig gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (z. B. Pula, Premantura mit Kamenjak, Rovinj, Rabac, ca. 30 bis 45 Minuten). Das Haus erreicht man die letzten ca. 200 m über einen geschotterten Feldweg.
