The residence 5 stars, It has gym, many BBQ area, 3 pools area, if there is some business you would make, the residence has a special meeting room for closing business. Spa if you are looking for feeling relaxed. (It is the second best residence in the island)

We spent 10 days here over the holidays. Plenty of room for the four of us. Nice location home, pool. Saved some money by eating some meals in which allowed us to enjoy more excursions!

Very Nice

We enjoyed this modern apartment in Aruba. A few items to keep in mind:

1. No laundry detergent nor dishwasher soap included.

2. They did not provide us with the Internet wifi password in advance - not until the second day. It's not even listed in the VRBO section for wifi instructions (how can this pass VRBO's quality control?). Also, the Internet support is non-existent. The wifi was broadcasting, but the password they insisted was correct did not work on any of our devices. The maid stopped by to test, and even her device would not work. If we didn't have an ethernet cable with us we would have had a major inconvenience as we are required to work and stay in contact while traveling.

3. Master toilet tank is completely rusted away and requires replacement.

4. Both bedrooms are upstairs and require use of very steep stairway, which at top has tight turn with difficult handrails (I would not want anyone with a physical disability to visit this apartment).

While superficially nice, it's clear that this "luxury" apartment requires a higher level of maintenance and support than it is currently receiving. Now that we know this, we might rent again but only if they guarantee better support for the Internet service and proper unit maintenance.

Owner's Response: Hello Mr. Kohn, according what you replied. Our house has one floor, that means, it has no stairs. Our unit is brand new, cleaners standards certified, in fact, those we hosted before recommend us to their closest relatives. As you are aware, you arrived at 22:00 to check in and we weren't available to have you because our check in schedule is earlier, even though, we hosted you in our friend's house. We only provide toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo for one use only. The guest has to bring their own food, laundry detergent, dishwasher and the products they'd like to use and enjoy. Nevertheless, we will notify all yours enquires to the owner of the house which you stayed. We are looking forward to host you in our house in your next trip. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Gold Coast Condos are lovely to rent or own

The grounds, pools, or clubhouse are perfect. The units are lovely. The unit we stayed in 233A was immmaculate and very comfortable. The only negative would be that the kitchen is not equipped for cooking any kind dinner meal. I think you should equip the unit with a few glass wine glasses...we had 2 plastic one.

The fact that you need to be let onto the property makes you feel comfortable putting your head on a pillow in a strange country, even though we had been to Aruba several times. i would recommend this property 100% and our unit IF you do not want to cook in the evening at home.

We had an excellent stay at the Gold Coast property. Our condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting by the pool each day, running in the neighborhood and watching the large lizards by the pool. The security guards were very friendly and the grounds crew seemed to be busy all of the time making the property lush and beautiful. The location of this property is on the Northern side of the island with last traffic than the high rise area- we especially enjoyed Marmot and Ashanti beach which are both in close proximity to the property. We would definitely stay here again. Our favorite restaurant was the Blancho resataurant up by the California Lighthouse. The view at sunset was breathtaking and the food was excellent.
