The cherry wood tabletop and cushioned wrought iron chairs sit in a prime location between the kitchen and living room which allows for quick access to leftovers, as well as a direct view to the outdoors.

When your cheeks are pink from the Florida sun and your stomach is full of New Smyrna's fresh seafood, head to the cozy living room for a much needed rest. The plush blue couch and recliners are centered around the modern coffee table and across from the 55" flat-screen TV. It won't be hard to convince the kids to take a breather when there's ROKU and Netflix connected to the TV- just get them settled and treat yourself to a long nap!

You'll find that this condo provides top amenities such as a washer and dryer (hooray for not packing dirty laundry!) and a furnished balcony with a view of scattered palm trees and the ocean in the distance. The primary bathroom provides a spacious walk-in shower, two separate vanities with granite countertops, whimsical décor, and a jetted bathtub for you to soak your cares away.

Though the primary bedroom boasts of comfort and luxury, the two guest bedrooms closely rival it. One bedroom is painted a muted chartreuse color and furnished with a queen-sized bed, wooden side tables, and its own 32" Smart TV. The third bedroom pops with color; the light blue walls, fun bedding, and twin and queen bed contribute to a light-hearted, youthful room. Like the other two bedrooms, it provides a 42" Smart TV as well. The guest bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and provides guests with a standard tub and shower, granite countertop vanity, and rustic beachy décor.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is free wireless internet and cable TV.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans.
