Magnificent authentic chalet made of stone and wood on a surface of 213 m2, located in the hamlet of Villaret, in Montvalezan.

Located in the heart of the largest ski areas: 7km from La Rosière, direct access to the San Bernardo area in Italy, La Station des Arcs accessible from Bourg Saint Maurice via the Fénicular is by car about 16 km, 35 km from Tignes and Valley of Isere. Shuttle at the foot of the chalet serving the Rosière Ski Resort.

Chalet

Chalet assez spacieux et quand il y a un soucis la personne qui gère est très réactive. Par contre le chalet est assez loin des pistes contrairement à ce que l’annonce précise. Il y a bien une navette mais payante 3€/pers pour aller idem pour le retour. Et il n’y a pas beaucoup de passage dans la journée. Avec des enfants cela complique un peu la tâche.

Adresse à retenir !

Chalet cosy mais atypique. Ne convient pas pour des personnes à mobilité reduite. Acceuil super! Propriétaire très reactif! Comptez 15 minutes pour rejoindre les pistes de La Rosière.

Beau chalet typique du pays

Chalet ancien bien isolé mais éclairages et détails à améliorer...agencement des espaces qui ne convient pas si enfants en bas age. Le prix pratiqué mérite des prestations améliorées...un petit effort du propriétaire pour être à la hauteur de ce beau chalet ( photos sur site qui ne décrivent pas la réalité/ poignée WC qui reste dans la main/ électricité à revoir et non conforme dans cuisine etc...)

Une pièce à vivre chaleureuse et conviviale !

Un chalet très chaleureux et convivial avec une situation idéale pour accéder à de très belles stations à quelques minutes : La Rosière, Les Arcs par Villaroger, Tignes et Val d’Isère… Un très bon accueil et accompagnement tout au long de cette semaine par Karine très disponible et de bon conseil. Livraison possible du boulanger tous les matins, Excellent ! Je recommande ce bien pour de très bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis.
