Our Apartment is easily reachable from Termini station by the metro A stop "Barberni / Fontanta Trevi" which is only five minutes walk. Terms is a hub for various buses from two airports of Rome Ciampino and Fiumicino

STAY AWAY

First communication with host is impossible. By the way you do not deal with Pablo, you text with David who changed phone numbers during our stay. Took forever to establish communication to obtain check in DOOR CODE. Actually never did. But was able to decipher code from bizarre texts sent. During stay apt door would not lock at around 11pm on evening. Texted host, Host uses Nuki app for entry. Sketchy that he was able to reset lock remotely. Also place was not as advertised. A bit run down. Door to patio was broken actually dangerous to use. We rented 2 different dates, the first thursday to monday and then the second the following thursday to saturday. Stated he would wave first cleaning fee. He did not. Then double charged hotel tax for first stay( no refund) Place was so bad we opted to not stay the second time, He then charged us $100 to leave luggage in a a uncleaned unit with a handyman putting furniture together calling it a early check in. I also never asked for reimbursement for 2nd stay. Only positive was a good location. Have used VRBO many times. All very good experiences. This one was just terrible. STAY AWAY.

Der Vermieter versucht nachträglich Geld einzukassieren. Die vor Ort bezahlte Summe ist, laut Quittung, für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die im Preis inbegriffen wären. Zudem soll die Kurtaxe plötzlich doppelt so hoch sein, als aktuell in der Beschreibung der Wohnung vermerkt. Vor Ort erscheint niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe. Mann muss sich irgendwelche Apps herunterladen, um ins Haus zu kommen und auch die oben erwähnte Summe hätte via App bezahlt werden sollen. Da wir dazu nicht bereit waren, kam nach über einer Stunde jemand vorbei, hat das Geld bar entgegengekommen und uns endlich die Tür geöffnet. Nie mehr!!

STAY AWAY ! OWNER MAKES UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED.

Check in was horrible. We arrived early and had agreed to a $50 bag drop. Upon arrival, nobody knew the owner Paolo, nobody knew about a bag drop and nobody spoke English. We arranged with someone else to hold the bags for 3 hours and paid him for it. Paolo still charged my credit card without authorization for a service he did not do for us. He also accused us of stealing 5 small towels which we did not and charged us for that ! The terrace was dirty. Had to put towels over cushions that were dirty. Furniture was plastic and had holes. Shade to open and get to terrace was broken. Had to prop it up with a broom and bend down to get outside. Paolo actions of unauthorized charging us for a bag drop he did not provide and unauthorized charging for towels he said we stole and we didn’t !! Obviously leaves a sour taste for us and we had to warn others about it. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Comfortable, quiet and well located

I stayed with my partner, my daugther (22) and son (19) each in a different room with its own bathroom and WC, which was extremely convenient and one of the key reasons for the choice of this apartment (along with the localisation, the upper floor the air conditoning and the terrace). Apratment was very clean, reasonably comfortable and very quiet (building and surroundings). We spent a week and the weather was hot (32°-37°), so it was nice to cool down for a while in the middle of the afternoon. Host was nice, available and helpful. Location is recommendable. Area is very nice and quiet, 5 min walk from lovely and large Borghese Park, with lots of good restaurants around within 1 to 10 min walk. Bus stop is around the corner, 2 stops or 10 min walk from Barberini where you can catch most buses needed to visit or metro. Train station 20 min walk. Bus to Vatican at the entrance of the Borghese Park. Spanish steps 10-15 minutes walk. Trevi fountain 20 min walk. So in fact very very convenient to visit, but with all advantages of being quiet, non crowded area. We actually did most by walk anyway. I would highly recomment this place if you want to combine relaxing time away from the crowd, good food, enjoying a park around the corner and easy transport to the major sites.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, and is perfect for families like us, travelling with teens, who need their own space. The check in process was very smooth with easy to follow instructions from the owner. The bedrooms & living area were as expected. The shower rooms definitely need some maintenance. Either just a proper deep clean and/or some work. Eg, peeling paint, overflowing shower in one of the rooms etc. But overall, it’s decent value for money for somewhere fairly central, with lots of cafes & restaurants in walking distance. And a bonus of having an outside space, although it was so hot when we stayed, we didn’t use it much.
