Beautiful rustic composed of 3 independent houses, in practice a small village all for you. Ideal for 3 families or groups of friends, possibility to accommodate up to 17 people. The property is located on a hilly ridge between the Apuane Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Panoramic swimming pool with salt water on a terrace overlooking the sea. 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Lucca, 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. Large garden equipped with barbecue. The ancient structure once dedicated to the production of olive oil is immersed in nature, between woods and olive groves, in absolute peace. The small village of Montemagno can be reached on foot in a few minutes, in Montemagno there are 2 excellent restaurants. Private parking for 5 cars. Altogether there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 11 beds, the other seats are on the sofa bed.
