Cala Marina is a modern beach villa in Scala Torregrotta, a small village on the north east coast of Sicily, close to Milazzo. The property, boasting a beautiful seafront location, has direct beach access, a delightful garden with Jacuzzi and two large, well equipped terraces. Spread over two floors, the villa is furnished with contemporary taste and great attention to detail and is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Ipod dock station, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor are a bright living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen and a toilet. From the living room a floating staircase leads to the first floor with sloping ceilings, which includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cala Marina is also a great base for visiting some of Sicily’s most beautiful places such as Tindari, Cefalù, Taormina, Catania, Mount Etna and the Aeolian islands.

Nice house with garden and dirct access to the sea

The region between Milazzo and Messina is not really nice. But Cala Marina is an oasis in there. Great garden (with Yakuzzi!), only a few footsteps to the sea. We spend days and evenings on the terraces (independ of the weather). House is well equipped. Really friendly owners.

Very nice location in very good condition

Absolutely nice location with high architectural standards. With huge, well-kept garden and whirlpool, sun terrace and covered outside area. Direct access to the beach at the end of the garden. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Ideal for families with children (not under the age of 3 - due to free staircases) Restaurants und beach cafes with walking distance. Car can be parked directly on the property. Lovely and helpful italian host. Overall we can fully recommend this location
