About this property

THE PROPERTY.
- Individual chalet on a private plot of 1,000 m2.
- We are in the Gandia residential urbanization, between the municipalities of Plentzia and Gorliz, one of the most beautiful and exclusive places on the coast of Bizkaia and the Basque Country.

- THE HOUSE IS DIVIDED IN TWO INDEPENDENT HOUSES.

- THE GROUND FLOOR IS MY HOUSE.
- THE VISITS LOFT-APARTMENT IS INDEPENDENT AND IS ON THE UPPER FLOOR.

- The upper floor has been designed as an independent loft within the same construction and is the part dedicated to the guest rooms. It is a totally independent space from our home. It has its own access through the garage of the house. The apartment has an area of 75 m2 and has three large windows that offer great natural light.
It is made up of a sitting area and TV with a large convertible sofa. There is a complete kitchen that has everything you need for breakfast preparation (microwave oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, fridge and freezer, sink and complete kitchenware). There are no fire or gas plates to avoid smoke and odors in the room. It has a spacious and modern bathroom with a large window and a comfortable shower tray. The sleeping area has a large XXL bed and if necessary a large convertible sofa for a third person. It also has a desk for a work area and a nice central table as a food area. There is a large area of shelves, hangers and chest of drawers for clothes storage. It is a large, very cozy and quiet space that allows a warm and intimate stay.

THE EXTERIOR SPACES.

- The exteriors of the house are available for the enjoyment of visits and are made up of a large landscaped space and a large area for the circulation and parking of vehicles. The exterior space is finished off by a large rest area and solarium that has hammocks, umbrellas and a large 16-meter pool designed for enjoyment.

THE URBANIZATION AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

- The urbanization in which we live is a high standing area, very quiet, clean and safe. At the same time it is close to all kinds of services, (shops, supermarket, bars and leisure areas, etc ...).
The distances from our house to any point of interest in the Basque Country are very short:
We have a metro station 10 minutes from home on foot, Bilbao takes 25 minutes by car, the airport 15 minutes, San Sebastián 75 and anywhere in the Basque Country in no more than 90 minutes.

- Plentzia and Gorliz have a beautiful and privileged environment. We have beautiful beaches next to the house, a walk along the estuary to the port, a historic old town, a bar area and an atmosphere to enjoy our gastronomy, countless activities for leisure and sport, festivals of great tradition and charm, in short, what we have everything in the palm of your hand.

THE RULES OF THE HOUSE.

- We do not accept reservations from minors.
- Smoking is not allowed inside, there are outdoor spaces for it.
- We do not accept pets. There are none in the house.
- It is not allowed to cook in outdoor spaces.
- The visits have total freedom of schedule, we simply ask for respect in the hours of night rest.

Maravillosas vacaciones

Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas e inolvidables. La acogida de Ixabel, Fernando y su hijo no ha podido ser mejor. Son muy amables, agradables, generosos y detallistas. Hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa, que digo, mejor. La estancia es muy cómoda y agradable, no falta de nada. La piscina y el jardín espectaculares. En definitiva, muy recomendable, de 10. Mil gracias por todo familia !!!

Geweldig verblijf!

Een prachtige woning met eigen opgang. Alles zag er keurig uit, goed verzorgd. Bij aankomst de koelkast gevuld met yoghurt, fruit, vleeswaren en er lag brood. Super! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Ixabel, Fernando en zoon Edson. Halverwege de week verwend met eigen gemaakt cake, heerlijk! Mooi zwembad, eigen bedjes, alles prima geregeld. Het enige minpuntje is dat je boven niet kan/mag koken (wel opwarmen), maar dat is ruimschoots goed gemaakt door heerlijk te dineren bij onze gastvrouw en gastheer. Echt een overheerlijk diner!. Kortom, superweek gehad.

Heerlijk!

Héél leuk verblijf gehad! De loft is heel mooi en gezellig ingericht. Alles is voorzien: handdoeken, douchegerief,... alles super proper en nieuw! Alles voor het ontbijt staat klaar in de ijskast, zoveel vers fruit als je wilt, koffie, thee,...je maakt er gebruik van wanneer je het het beste uitkomt. De gastvrouw verwent je meermaals met een vers gebakken cake, vers brood, tomaten uit hun tuin, aardbeien,...De eigenaars zijn zéér lieve, warme en betrokken mensen, ze respecteren je privacy en staan altijd klaar indien nodig en geven je goede tips. We hebben bij hen ook een keer gegeten, dat was echt super lekker en gezellig! Waar je wel rekening mee moet houden , is dat het op een zolder is, dus je moet je regelmatig bukken om te zorgen dat je je hoofd niet stoot maar in de delen waar je 'leeft', kan je gewoon rechtop staan. In hun tuin heb je 2 eigen ligzetels onder een pergola. Buiten ontbijten is niet mogelijk maar daar was het weer ook niet goed genoeg voor. Zalig zwembad maar we hebben er door de weersomstandigheden spijtig genoeg geen gebruik van kunnen maken (op 1 keer na toen mijn man een poging heeft gedaan :)) Het is zeker een aanrader, het is er super rustig en goed gelegen om van daaruit uitstappen te maken.

Tolle Wohnung, super Pool

Sehr freundliche Vermieter-Familie, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Und der Pool ist für Schwimmer natürlich ein Traum! Sehr empfehlenswert. Very friendly property owner family, very beautiful and clean flat. In addition, the pool is a dream for swimmers! Very recommendable.
