1870 4-family Victorian Home on Coggeshall Avenue, convenient walking to the Newport Mansions, Bailey's Beach. This is a very large 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a queen-size bed, and a king-size bed.

The unit is fully furnished, with a newly renovated eat-in-kitchen, living room, and full bathroom.

The property has off-street parking, and laundry in the basement for residents.

There is a beautifully maintained yard with lawn furniture and a grill for residents.

This is a choice property. Now renting July and August for 2016.

About Steven Booth

Steve and Fran purchased the property in 2014, and live in an adjacent unit. We plan on welcoming our guests to the hospitality that we have enjoyed in Newport.

Steve's parents grew-up in Newport, and Newport was the family vacation destination for Steve, and for Steve and Fran's family.

We are so thrilled to have purchased this property within walking distance of Bellevue Avenue, Salve Regina University, the Ocean Drive, Bailey's Beach, and the 5th Ward of Newport.

A true gem

Steve met us when we arrived at the house and was a pleasure to talk to. The house is walking distance to a number of the mansions and Salve University. The beaches are close as well. It was a wonderful stay. We loved the old feel of the living room and bedrooms and then the modern kitchen was wonderful for cooking breakfast and dinners. Thank you

Picturesque and perfect stay!

It could not have been a more perfect place for our group of 3 women. Comfortable yet elegant. Very friendly owners. Ideal location just steps from the Cliff Walk. Modern amenities with antique charm.

Beautifully restored

My family of 5 had a wonderful time in Newport. Since this home sleeps 4, Steve had a queen air mattress made up in one of the bedrooms with plenty of walking room to spare! Steve greeted us and gave us lots of information about the area. We were able to walk to the beach, cliff walk and Thames St. The attention to detail in the house made for a amazing visit and I would highly recommend it for your next stay in Newport.

Enjoy the grandeur of an 1870's estate in Newport, RI. Biking, fishing, hiking, golfing, swimming are easily accessible.

Enjoy the restaurant scene in downtown Newport, but enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood, and sleep with the sounds of the ocean.

If music festivals are your interest, avoid the congestion of cars, and take an easy bike ride to the outdoor concerts at Fort Adams.

If watching the Volvo sailing, or renting day sailing boats at Newport Sail are your preference, then these are within an easy 1 mile trip.
