This terraced cottage is in the village of Backbarrow near to Newby Bridge and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Lime Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the village of Backbarrow just one mile from Newby Bridge in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in one ground floor super king-size double bedroom and one king-size double both en-suite together with ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed patio and garden with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Lime Cottage is a superb cottage to use as a base for exploring the Lake District.

Amenities: Bio-mass central heating with ground floor underfloor heating, radiators on first floor and woodburner. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on the estate tarn/lake at certain times of the year by prior arrangement with owner. Environmental license required. Note: Due to tarn/lake on-site and hot tub, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is one step up to the ground floor. Note: WiFi suitable for browsing only.
