About this property

This recently modernised and extended Queen Anne House sits on the beach at Sandgate and enjoys uninterrupted sea views. There is direct access from the house and garden onto the pedestrian promenade and beach. The house itself has been updated to include four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area opens directly onto the sea facing deck. In the basement is a further kitchen/Utility room which can be used when catering for larger numbers. Also in the basement is a games room with pool/air hockey/table tennis table and a piano, along with a number of board games and Smart TV/DVD player. The kitchen area on the ground floor has recently been upgraded.

A dream holiday home

Our holiday home in Sandgate exceeded expectations. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Everywhere you look you see beautiful objects and original artworks. And the views …. we all adored watching the sea in all its moods, from stormy waves to peaceful ripples. We loved using the local buses (if you’re the right age group freedom passes can be used!). The walk along the front into Folkestone is marvellously bracing. We took a trip down memory lane and rode the Hythe and Dymchurch railway to Dungeness. So much to do and so many places to visit (and eat in). You tell we loved our stay there. Thank you.

Amazing Family Holiday

It was an absolutely stunning and marvelous experience. Everything is as it was described and beyond. Location and surrounding breathless. Folkestone and Dover nearby for all your needs. We all - family group of eight - felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. If you have the chance to book the property... Do it!
