On the ground floor of a newly built house (year 2011), 'La Meloria' is located in the quiet setting of Via Besusta, a renowned neighborhood in the municipality of Diano Castello, located two kilometers and 300 meters from the sea.
The apartment offers accommodation for up to four people. It has a master bedroom with a desk, a nice bathroom with a large shower and a living room with sofa bed for two people.
The brand new furniture gives this apartment a joyful and welcoming appearance.
Of great importance for a lively holiday and relaxing it is also the outside area fenced. The large terrace with barbecue and the adjacent garden with sea views are the perfect place to have fun with family and their friends.
Also available is a private parking for two cars to exclusive use, situated a few meters from the front door.
If you bring your mountain bike, or you require additional space where you can store various equipment holiday, you are right: the accommodation has a comfortable private warehouse to close at key.

At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in the same condition in which it was found; otherwise there is a cost of 50 euros to cover cleaning costs. You can arrange a final cleaning service at an economical rate for short-term holidays in the low season
