About Pam Burnup, Manager
My name is Pam Burnup. I am the property manager for the owners of this beautiful property. It is my pleasure to answer your inquiries, take the reservations and also oversee the cleaners and maintenance of Riversong Lodge. I have been in business as a property manager for 5 yrs and have cleaners and maintenance people that own their own businesses as well, so they really take their jobs seriously. I vacationed from Ohio to the Smoky Mountains for 20+ years myself before I moved here and always stayed in a chalet or cabin. This gives me experience as a guest on what I would want to have for our guests to make sure their visit is perfect. We strive to make your experience with us pleasant and full of wonderful memories for yourself and your friends and family.
Why Pam Burnup, Manager chose Sevierville
I love this property! The Riversong area, the wooded private location, the sound of the river, AND the great floor plan. Every time I walk through this house it just has a wonderful feeling. The great room is very pretty, with a hand-painted mural by a friend of mine above the kitchen area, and fun framing above the great room half-bath. The lodge has 3,880 square feet, which is huge for four bedrooms, and results in the great sense of spaciousness and tranquility you feel when you are there. We strive for the "WOW" factor!
What makes this Lodge unique
Each bedroom is a king master suite which includes in-suite bathrooms, whirlpool tubs, and private deck spaces; beautiful granite kitchen bars for hanging out; craftsman-quality woodwork; big fun game rooms with a sports bar feel. This cabin has top-of-the-line elements and workmanship, in a market with mostly average cabins. The theater room is great fun for all ages to enjoy.

Clean, beautiful and luxurious cabin.
We were a group of 10 and this property accommodated us just fine. Place is very beautiful, amazing view and highly private.
Wonderful Cabin in the Smokies!!
We had 3 families, 6 adults and 3 kids for our first vacation in the Smokey Mountains. This cabin is wonderful!! Very clean and lots of room and things to do for everyone. Great mountain view, quiet, within 30 minutes of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, white water rafting.
Pam was very helpful and responsive.
Will definitely be back.
Thank you so much for the review. We work really hard to make sure our property is very clean and comfortable for our guests. Please come see us again soon.
Good Times in the Great Smokies
Our family of ten absolutely loved this house. Everyone agreed that it is the best one we've rented. Between playing in the river, riding horses, Dollywood, and using the game room, we had no opportunity to be bored. We spent a great deal of time at the Foosball table and in the movie theater. The grill worked great and the kitchen was amply supplied with pots, pans, and utensils. We also appreciated that there was a knife sharpener. The property manager was super responsive to any request we made. The half bath just off the living room is a real plus as groups are walking out the door for the various excursions, especially with kids in the mix. I still miss the mountain view and sounds of the river while rocking quietly on the porch.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I am so glad you were able to really enjoy all the amenities our property had to offer. I love when people enjoy that crystal clear river as well. It's funny dull knives are one of the biggest problems I find when I stay at one of our properties too so I decided to let our guests have a better handle on that so they can enjoy cooking in that beautiful kitchen. Please plan another trip to come back to see us soon.
Great cabin - two couples and their 6 young adults were extremely comfortable at Riversong Lodge
Great location central to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well as entrance to the Smokey Mountain park. Very clean and well cared for property. A nice private feel. Balconies off every room with the sound from the creek running below the property. Three levels allowed for space when someone needed it. We avoided the tourist traps and simply enjoyed the cabin and park trails/ swimming holes. Big Food City grocery within 5 miles from cabin with excellent employee service. Pretty hot in July but that made the creeks, water falls, and rivers more fun to enjoy. A fall trip will be on our schedule. Grill and Hot tub was a plus. The proximate projector in the movie room failed after a couple of movies but when it was working made for great viewing and sound. Might be time to ditch the projector and go big screen TV. No complaints- all the necessary kitchen equipment, pots, pans, glassware, and dishes were provided. Plenty of room to spread out. Game room was great fun. The CD/radio players were outdated- recommend bringing your own music system and portable speakers if you want quality sound while playing games. Believe every TV had a DVD/Blueray player. Overall an excellent vacation base of operations. We will be back again for sure.
Thank you so much for being such great guests. We really enjoyed having you stay with us in our beautiful lodge. Great information for future guests for sure. We did replace the projector in the theater room since it wasn't just the bulb. After all that is one of the things that makes our property fun and stand out besides the totally loaded game room!
I will discuss the CD player/speakers with owner. I considered a Bose speaker system but afraid it would "walk off" . We will address that and thank you for the suggestion. Can't wait for your return visit.
Fantastic Home in the Smokey Mountains!
First, let me say that we truly loved every second of our time staying in this beautiful property in the Smokey Mountains. We were travelling with 2 families of 4 with the youngest being 13. There are 4 rooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and private balcony. There are also 2 other bathrooms (1 half and 1 full). Anyone who travels with multiple families and lots of kids on vacation knows how wonderful it is to have an abundance of bathrooms!
There are 3 levels to the home. The main floor has a large open kitchen, dining area and living room. There seating at the main dining table for 8 (perfect for us) and everything is appointed wonderfully. The furniture is very comfortable and there is plenty of seating all around the house. On the deck of the main floor is the gas grill, which we put to good us and rocking chairs to enjoy the view.
Downstairs is a truly awesome game room area, with another deck outside with a hot tub and more rocking chairs. There is a theatre room with comfortable couches, big screen and a pretty robust sound system. We watched a movie as a family one night and it was quite enjoyable. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, arcade machine and air hockey. Many a night ended with 2 player games of Galaga trying for the high score, which had big stakes for the winner. The game rooms at other houses we've stayed in on vacation seemed to be used some when we first arrive and then forgotten. Not so at this property. The kids always had something to do while waiting for the day to begin and in the evening after dinner and late into the night in most cases.
I don't have any reservations about recommending the property and none of our party had a single complaint other than having to leave after only 4 short days. We will be back for a full week next time for sure. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, including hiking trails, river rafting, Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg which seemed to make it a nice central base to enjoy all the area has to offer.
Big thanks to Pam. She is super nice to work with (great communication) and booking and getting into the home was very easy through the app.

4 master bdrooms
Very pretty and comfortable house. We were three families with 5 kids. Each family had their own floor. More than enough space for all of us. We loved the views, game room, balconies, etc.!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a nice review. Please come back to see us again soon.
Built in the lovely hardwood forest of Riversong, this property is located just above the sparkling, amazing Little Pigeon River. You can always hear the river, which is why this neighborhood is called Riversong! The house is just two miles from the Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which provides year-round hiking trails; gravel roads for walking, running , and biking; and summertime swimming, fishing, and tubing.
