Villa Andromeda is situated in Tigani, on a hillside above Lia Bay, in the south side of the island at a short drive from the chic homonymous beach. From this villa you can enjoy, thanks to its position, wonderful views of the Agean sea and many islands, such as Paros, Antiparos, Naxos etc…
You can reach in just 5 minutes drive the nice village of Ano Mera where you will find various good taverns.
Villa Andromeda offers lots of outdoor spaces (largely covered by pergolas), where you can sit and lounge at any time of the day, have “al fresco” dinners, not forgetting the large infinity pool, equipped with very comfortable sun loungers.
The interior is made of a minimal modern style, with a preponderance of white colors and carefully selected wooden furnishings.

On the entrance level, from where you can go directly to the pool terrace, there is a large living room, with an adjacent dining room and a fully equipped and very bright kitchen.
The 5 bedrooms spread over 3 levels and they all have en-suite bathrooms, front sea-view and exit outwards. More precisely, on the upper floor there is a master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (with shower), A/C and access to a private balcony with sea view. On the lower floor, there are two guest bedrooms (with twin beds that can be joined), both with en-suite bathrooms (with shower), A/C and a shared terrace with sea view. Finally on the ground floor there are other 2 bedrooms (with twin beds that can be joined as well), both with en-suite bathrooms (with shower), A/C and independent entrances.
In brief Villa Andromeda is perfect for families or groups of friends searching for a special place where to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation, immersed in the beauty. By the way the villa can be used by large groups of friends or numerous families together with the nearby Villa Atlantis.

Rental rules
The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
