This multi-level four bedroom two and a half bathroom comfortably sleeps eight, is perched high, and is just a hop, skip or jump to the ski resort in winter or the great biking and hiking during the summer months.

Oversized floor to ceiling geometric windows and vaulted ceilings provide guests with sweeping mountain and forest views all visible from the living room, kitchen, and dining rooms, situated just a few steps up on a split level from the great room. Guests can gather in each communal space to cook, eat, or lounge by the fire, while enjoying the same panoramic view of Tahoe Pines, green in the summer, or blanketed white in the winter. Adjacent to the living room is a large outdoor hot tub, another place to soak in the mountain air.

The Vista Home in the Sun is warm and inviting, sparing no details in the comfortably appointed linens and granite countertops in the kitchen, unfussy yet refined. Each bedroom, which ranges in accommodations from twin beds to king-sized beds, offers guests a tranquil space set apart on separate levels of the home. All have beautiful views as well.

Equipped with every necessity, this home comes with free Wi-Fi, cable TV/DVD player, washer and dryer, and parking for three to four cars. A perfect entertaining home with the ability to retreat to other levels of the home, Vista Home in the Sun is an easy, and beautiful choice.

Great Location and Real Nice Properties

The location is amazing, the house is quite nice and spacious. Lighting is not very good, the heat is not central but works well. We had a problem with the toilet that was not fixed. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect spot

The house was conveniently located to Alpine Meadows and close to Tahoe City. Perfect layout and space. No one felt like they were on top of one another. And the views!!! Host was great answering all our questions.

Great location and amazing views!

Our group of 6 people fully enjoyed this rental property! The kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine and the views from the kitchen, livingroom and deck were fabulous! The Hot Tub was nice and hot and with a bunch of runners in the house, it was used multiple times! This was in a perfect location for us and SO EASY to get to from I80. We did a drive around Lake Tahoe one day, which was very cool for those who had never seen the lake. If we go back to this area, we would love to stay in this property again!

Alpine Meadows Dream Spot

Incredible location. Everything as advertised. Lots of space for bigger groups. Plenty of parking. Snow plow up to the driveway. Home was clean with plenty of towels, blankets, linens, bathroom supply. Kitchen has all the necessities to make family meals. Large fridge and freezer. Only thing we noticed was not ideal spot to bring skis and boards in overnight. So we just left locked to roof rack. Incredible views. Hot tub 104 on the deck was something special.
