THE APARTMENT
Recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, is on the fifth floor with sweeping sea views. Even on the hottest days, the apartment is still cold and chill as there are windows on all sides; however, there is an air conditioner in the central area (not in the bedrooms).

There is a full kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a large living room with a dining area. Both of the bedrooms includes a king-size bed, which is comfortable for two people, big wardrobe and drawer with plenty of space for your belongings.

The living room is very comfortable; you will find a modern couch, accent chairs and dining table, big flat TV screen with DVD player.
Next to the living room, there is a terrace for guests who wish to dine outside with privacy. There are also sea views from this balcony.
The flat is very calm, and there is plenty of free parking just outside the building.

Schöne Wohnung, nah am Meer

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Brunos Wohnung. Bruno ist ein hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und man hat von beiden Balkonen Sicht auf das Meer. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten errechbar. verschiedene

Schöne Wohnung im Innenstadt

Die Wohnung liegt im 5.Stock des 6-stöckigen Gebäude (mit Aufzug) auf Via Litoreanea ind ist sehr sauber. Süd- und Westseite sind mit Meersblick und es gibt fast immer einen frischen Wind vom Meer. Die Küche ist neu und voll eingerichtet (sogar mit Spülmachine:-) ). Die Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Pizzeria's, Fahrradverleih, Cafeteria's usw.) sind weniger Meter entfernt - tagsüber ist die gegend lebhaft, abends aber sehr ruhig (Mitte Juni). Riesen Pinienpark mit Kinderspielplatz und der Strand sind in ca. 200m zu erreihen - wir hatten kein Problem mit Kleinkindern zu Fuß zu gehen. Man muss den Strand besonders loben - am Anfang ist es sehr flach und es gibt eine Sandbank 30-40 Meter im Meer und das Wasser wird sehr schnell warm, die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Wasser zu plantschen. Bruno ist sehr netter Vermieter und ich würde die Wohnung immer gerne in September/October wieder nehmen.
