wedding spactacular 2016

We spent four wonderful days in Greenville SC for our daughters wedding. The Charming Cottage was the perfect touch for our event. There was plenty of room for all of us to get ready for the big day and believe me we had a house full of women getting ready. The home is laid out perfect nobody was stepping over each other. Everything was just perfect from the house and each room to the absolute great communication with Eric. He is quick to respond to any question you have which made everything go so smooth. Thank You Eric, would do business with you again if need ever comes up. I would definitely recommend this home to whoever is planning a trip to the Greenville SC, everything is so close and easy to get to from this location. Can not say enough about this home. We really enjoyed our stay...

Great gathering place

We gathered a group of women who went to college together 30 years ago- the house was comfortable with places to gather inside and out! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and the owner immediately responsive to our needs. Close to many restaurants but nestled in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet street with plenty of parking.

Wonderful cottage!

We met in Greenville for a family gathering and this was the perfect place for us! The house is gorgeous, on a quiet street with plenty of parking and room to relax. Eric was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

We selected this hotel because of its approximation to Easley (about a 15 minute drive) for a baseball tournament. Home was clean and everything was in working order. Beds and linens were nice and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out for a family and the back yard is very nice and fenced it. The neighborhood is in a very safe area - family-oriented, lots of kids outside, people on walks. My husband is a police officer so he is extremely particular! It is very close to downtown Greenville shops and restaurants. Eric checked in at the beginning and end with us so we had good communication. We would recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels brought us back out this way.
