Enjoying a sunny mountain-view location this 45sqm ski chalet apartment is the perfect base from which to relax and explore Livigno!

A bright and spacious open plan living and dining area enjoys WiFi access and a flat screen SAT TV is furnished with an adaptable double size sofa bed, a dining area for up to 4 and lovely double aspect views from the pair of French doors with both lead out onto a sunny wrap around balcony, ideal for daytime relaxing and entertaining!

A fully equipped kitchen is fitted with the all the desired appliances including a cooker hob, microwave and electric kettle.

The family friendly accommodation also features a spacious master bedroom furnished with twin single beds and plenty of storage from the pine wardrobes for guest’s belongings. The double sofa bed to the living area is ideal for accommodating additional guests during your stay.

A modern bathroom fitted with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet completes the bright and spacious internal accommodation.

A private parking space is conveniently provided for guest’s entertainment and the fabulous choice of amenities and resort facilities are all easily accessible.

The ski resort of Livigno is one of the most popular in Italy and is highly regarded in Europe with some excellent ski runs, a fantastic snowboard park and the world’s most number of bars and restaurants than other Ski resort!

Activities include skiing, snowboarding, husky sledding, quad biking, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking and hiking in the great outdoors.

Families will also enjoy the Larix Adventure Park and a day excursion on the panoramic view Bernina Express glacier train tour.

Please note due to high demand the property is only available from Saturday-Saturday in the winter period. The following local service charges apply: €160 from 26th November- 5th May and €120 from 6th May -24th November. Free ski pass included for bookings for the period of 13.04.2024 till 27.04.2024
