Enjoying plenty of space and light this modern 35sqm studio ski chalet provides the perfect retreat for couples who want to take to the slopes and enjoy the resort attractions and facilities.

The comfortable self catering accommodation includes a spacious open plan living and dining room furnished to a high comfortable standard with WiFi access and a SAT TV for guests entertainment. A double size sofa bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen provides a spacious and relaxed entertaining area ideal for a holiday stay. All the desired kitchen appliances are included for guest’s comfort including a cooker hob, oven, electric kettle and dishwasher.

A spacious and balcony with idyllic mountain views provides the perfect place to enjoy an evening aperitif or for some relaxation time with a good book and the warm sun rays.

The double sofa bed is ideal for couples or friends and a modern bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet completes the accommodation.

Guests can make use of the shared heated Ski boot room and a private parking space is also provided for guest’s convenience during their stay.

The popular Ski resort of Livigno boasts a wide array of amenities, activities and attractions from a choice of 60 restaurants and 150 bars, a fitness centre with Spa and tax free shopping to enjoy during your stay. Activities suit all ages and interests and include skiing, snowboarding, ice climbing, snow go-karting, ice climbing, horse riding, quad biking, mountain biking and hiking.

The Larix Adventure Park and the Mottolino Bike Park also allow for further opportunities to experience the great outdoors and make the most of an action packed as well as restful holiday here!

Venere

March 2018 The property was comfortable and the location has easy access to local shops and the ski slopes. There is also ample parking and a useful room at the base of the building with capacity for locked storage of skiing gear. At the end of the day you can ski to the property.
