Superb private pool Villas overlooking the sea and golf course.
Four free standing private pool Villas of identical design and position (one is occupied by the owner of the gated estate), ideal for families and friends, offering accommodation of 2 bedrooms (plus 1 small room in front of the main bedroom and an optional one at the basement), 1 bathroom, 1 w.c., 1 external shower, open plan lounge and kitchen with high end appliances onto a large patio, partially sheltered, with barbecue facilities and a 7,50*3,50 m private swimming pool in front of the living room. Sophisticated interiors, great outdoors, all equipped to very good standards. Ceiling fans also available in every room for people who do not like air condition. Both bedrooms have private balconies looking out over golf course and the sea. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound.
Blue flag Afandou beach (6 KM long), a long stretch of sandy and small gravel beach with crystal clear waters, is at walking distance(300 M) and it is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Near the property there is the most successful supermarket of the island with excellent prices and an ATM in front.
Taverns and cafes can also be found along the sea front and main road.
The local water park in Faliraki is just a 7 minute drive away and offers a great day of water fun. You will also find a great range of beaches and coves within easy driving distance - Anthony Quinn Bay, Tsambika Beach (shallow waters, excellent sand for small kids, ten minutes drive away) and of course the fabulous 4 km long sandy beach of Faliraki. Here you can sample a vast array of water sports and enjoy many boat trips to Rhodes town or just cruising the local bays.
Rhodes Old Town is a fascinating medieval city, a UNESCO world heritage site and a short 20 minutes’ drive away. Meander around the narrow cobbled streets or window shop along the wide paved Socrates Street.
Famous LINDOS village is 30 minutes drive away.
Afandou is ideal positioned to the center of the island.

I need to book again...

I've just got back from a fantastic week and how i wish i had booked a fortnight! The welcome by the owner was great everything easily explained, I felt at home straight away and thank you for the beers! The villa and location are perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in a laid back location this is the place! The villa is well appointed, comfy beds, great aircon, spacious and well arranged outdoor space and a great size pool, all this just makes it a special place to stay. Its 10 mins walk to the beach and there's a great beach side snacks place I'd recommend the omelette and greek salad! A little further down the coast ie 5 - 8 mins drive there's another beach taverna and a couple of really good fish / seafood restaurants. You can also order pizza delivery to the villa! Although you can easily get a taxi from the airport its approx 30 mins, i would recommend hiring a car if you'd like to explore. You also have the best supermarket only 5 mins drive away so a car will make it easier to stock up, there's some great Greek wine! I can't wait to stay again thank you for a lovely holiday 😀

We had a fantastic holiday, owner is so helpful and interesting to talk to. We loved the peace and quiet of the location, while also being walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. We had everything we needed and more. Fully equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. We was amazed at how comfortable the beds were too. Thanks for such an amazing holiday and all your help and advice. We hope to visit again in the future. X

The villa has beautiful views, a really good size for 2 families (8 people), everything is near if you have a car! Costas was friendly and polite and answered all questions we needed! We asked them to buy some food for us as we arrived late and it was really nice to have something to eat and drink! We didn’t know about the hot water first but then Costas advised us of a boiler that needed switched on! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the island though the weather was not nice, it was a great holiday and would like to come back! Thank you
