Villa Nyx is ideally located to explore the southern regions of the island.

Villa Nyx also enjoys a convenient position near to the quaint fishing resort that can be reached within a ten minute walk. There are several local amenities can be reached within a few walk en-route to the villages' centre. Convenient stores, mini markets, grocery stores and souvenir shops are all within walking distance. A great variety of restaurants and tavernas can be found at the village's seafront where a variety of bars can also be found.

Great villa in a great location just off main Katelois road , easy to walk to all amenities although having a car makes the whole island accessible The cleaner was in 3 times a week & very thorough, we were checked on a couple of times a week to make sure everything was ok If we come back to Katelois is definitely somewhere we would stay

Fantastic holiday

We had a superb holiday staying at Villa Nyx. The villa was absolutely spotless and cleaned twice a week. The pool was amazing and again cleaned nightly. Everything needed was provided within the villa and was a 10 minute walk to the restaurants near the sea front. We were greeted by the property manager on our first day who explained and answered our questions. Communication maintained through out our stay. I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday. We will be back,

Wonderful Villa in a beautiful setting

We had the most wonderful holiday, the villa was perfect - everything we needed was there, and the villa was cleaned every few days and the pool was cleaned every evening. the bakery which is a 5 minute walk away sold delicious pastries and great coffee, I highly recommend this villa - 5 stars.

Helios Villas is a complex of two private and independent villas.

The two villas, Villa Hemera and Villa Nyx, are next to each other but they are completely independent. The villas are identical but each-one features its own private pool with poolside facilities and furnitures such as parasols and sun-loungers. outdoor furnished sitting and dinning areas, garden and BBQ are also available. Each villa has its own entrance gate, driveway and secure parking.
